Since dance training alone does not prepare the body for the rigors of dance, Strength Training is the best way to complement your existing physical activity, and prepare you for these rigors.
Strength Training follows basic principles rooted in proven methodology using variables such as rep count, set number, and resistance that is calculated from your maximum strength (1RM).
Foundational movements are the building blocks that we use to choose and develop exercises that will translate into all the creative versions of human movement that we call dance.

These foundational movements include squats, deadlifts, shoulder pressing and pulling, together with accessory movements that will combine core strength/control with gestures from your arms and legs.

Our mission is to bring an effective form of remote Strength Training to the dance world, and we will find the right option for you, whether you are an individual, a company, or a dance school.
